all/whole[误] If you sit down and listen, I will explain
all the situation.
He has worked hard
his all life.
all the city与the whole city
all my life与my whole life
all the staff与the whole staff
the whole life/plan/system/scheme/situation/truth/distance
all day/week/month/year/spring/winter/way
His action was condemned by
all the civilized world. ---His action was condemned by
the whole civilized world.
1. I waited
all the week for him to answer.
I waited
the whole week for him to answer.
2. He has worked hard
all his life.
He has worked hard
his whole life.

Body Language (1)1.
Keeping eye contact when you are having a conversation is very important. Eye contact shows that you are paying attention and listening closely to what the other person is saying.
If your eyes are wandering around the room as a person is talking to you, it gives the impression that you are uninterested in what he/she has to say.
2.
When someone gives you a bland stare, it means she or he doesn't understand what you are talking about.
When a person has something else on her/his mind and isn't paying attention, she or he will stare at you blankly.
3.
Blinking 眨眼Blinking is a reflex your body uses to keep your eyes moist. In addition, blinking can indicate surprise or disbelief. Some people also start to blink when they are trying not to cry.
4.
Winking 使眼色When a person winks at you, he or she is trying to get your attention or asking you to keep a secret. If you are winked at in a bar or disco, the person who is winking is giving you an open invitation to come over and talk. Just be careful and make sure that he or she is winking at you and not someone else.
5.
Staring 盯着看Have you ever had anyone stare at you because you look different from them? Or have you had groups of people stare at you and laugh? Has anyone stared at you just because he or she wants to get to know you?
In the West, this kind of behavior is considered very rude.

Some people say that if you focus too hard, or stare at something for too long, you can go cross-eyed.
8.
Glassy eyes or a glazed stare is when your eyes look lifeless, like they are made of glass. This can be the result of confusion or just being plain old tired.
9.
An icy stare is cold and emotionless. If someone is described as having an icy stare, it usually implies that he or she is cold, heartless, or angry.
10.
Rolling one's eyes 翻白眼Rolling your eyes at someone or something means that you are impatient, annoyed, or just plain fed up with what you are hearing or seeing.
11.
When someone's eyes are spitting fire, you had better watch out; this usually means that he/she is very angry or upset. Eyes that spit fire belong to someone who is usually seeking revenge for some wrongdoing against him/her or against someone that he/she cares for.
